We are conveniently located in Covington, Kentucky just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Because we do not operate a retail showroom, consultations are by appointment only. We accept a limited number of weddings each year and as available dates fill up quickly, we suggest you call us early on in your planning if you are interested in working with our team. We recommend clients contact us at least 6-12 months in advance.

Initial consultations last approximately 1 hour. We ask that you come prepared with a comprehensive list of quantities needed, applicable color/fabric swatches that can be left behind for reference, photos of floral elements that you like, as well as photos of your venue if you are hoping to incorporate focal features in your design. Not
exactly sure what your style is yet? No problem. We can work with you to help define your tastes and you are welcome to peruse our extensive library until you find the look that best suits you and your event.

Dates are booked on a first come, first served basis, secured with a retainer of 25% of your estimated total and a signed contract. Retainer is non-refundable and is applied towards the final balance. Inspired Floral Design gladly accepts cash payments, personal checks and most major credit cards.

Each wedding we undertake is individually priced based on the elements you choose to incorporate in your designs. The season of your wedding, the flower varieties you select, the style and size of the arrangements, rentals, etc. are all important considerations when determining your floral budget. We are often asked to coordinate other décor elements that contribute to the wedding's ambiance such as fabrics, table linens, candles, plants, etc. Your consultation is a great time to discuss any additional services you may desire.

We have found that the most successful way to approach your wedding is to have you present us with a budget that you would like us to work within. We can then put together a plan that will maximize your resources. This allows us to focus on your priorities and find creative solutions for areas that you feel are less significant.

For full service events, we require a $1500 minimum. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis and you are encouraged to contact us to discuss your specific needs.
